Audio: Scott Kerr hails Imps performance

Saturday, March 06, 2010, 20:45

Lincoln City skipper Scott Kerr insisted today's 1-1 draw at Rochdale was a performance Keith Alexander would be proud of.

The Imps pushed the runaway league leaders all the way at Spotland, scoring first through Chris Herd only to be pegged back by Chris Dagnall's equaliser.

City's performance came on a day when the club were mourning the loss of Alexander, who died earlier this week aged 53.

And Kerr said the Imps legend would have been satisfied with how the Imps stuck to the task.
