Hello and welcome to Pride Park for the Big Match Live as the Imps take on Derby County in the first round of the Carling Cup.

Feel free to fire a question or comment to me throughout the night.

I'll bring you the teams in a moment.

Peter Jackson makes one change from the side which lost at Rotherham on Saturday with Dany N'Guessan replacing Gary King on the left.

Imps: Burch, Green, Kovacs, Beevers, Brown, John-Lewis, Kerr, Oakes, N'Guessan, Wright, Gall. Subs: Duffy, Frecklington, Hone, Graham, Pembleton, Clarke, King.

We have seven subs in the Carling Cup.

I want your big match predictions?

Latest predictions here at Echo Towers, Mark.

My goodself, I'm hoping for the Imps to snatch at 2-1 win in the depth of injury time to pour even more misery on the Rams in a sensational cup shocker that will leave Paul Jewell teetering closer to the exit door.

My esteemed colleague Sam Parker is sadly weighing up the relative positions and squads and sensible things like that and says 3-1 to Derby - BOOOO!

What's Pride Park like Mark?

Hi All
Its got to be a Derby 2-0 win. But a good start, get the crowd on the Rams back and we could pull off a shock...

I almost forgot to give you Derby's team. They're at full strength.

Rams: Carroll, McEveley, Green, Commons, Savage, Ellington, Hulse, Mears, Davies, Davis, Albrechtsen. Subs: Bywater, Connolly, Stewart, Kamierczak, Villa, Leacock, Pereplotkins.

Needless to say, they are a couple of Derby players I hope don't get on tonight.

Hello John

Pride Park is a lot more impressive than I thought it would be. There's a decent atmosphere despite the fact the ground is less than half full.

Evening ladies and gents.

I predict Derby 'taking out' Saturdays frustration against Donny on us with a 3-0 win.
We'll be 2-0 down at the break and Andrej Pereploykins will fire in a heavily deflected 3rd midway through the half to give them their last win (not including pens) since Newcastle (H)

I hope none of the above unfolds and we snatch a 2-1er with a scrambled winner late on.

The teams are out on the pitch, the Imps in their snazzy new away kit.
Staying on away kits - Derby's new one will be unveiled at half-time. I can't wait!

If Derby don't win tonight, it will be 12 months since their last victory. Let's see.

Anyway, we're underway, City kicking from right to left.

Personally I'm with you Mark when it comes to describing the Imps new away kit, it's navy blue and BEIGE. Got to say, it's going up there as a terrible looking kit. What is your worst Imps away shirt you talked about?

City win the first corner. Kerr finds Gall, who peeled away, and his shot was blocked in front of keeper Carroll.
