 Group: Member Posts: Joined: Sat Jun 16 2007 Status: Offline | I'd agree Esseximp, except that neither Brown or Beevers are Centre backs by trade. Which sums the defence up. I have no faith in this defence keeping us in the league, in fact if there are no good defensive signings I'll be round the bookies to back us to be relegated. And I don't expect very good odds. |

If Jackson thinks the players he has are good enough to keep us up and push for promotion then he is failing as a manager at the moment because he should be getting results with them. More likely is that he is struggling to get players in if he feels there needs to be players in certain positions. In which case why aren't we getting anyone in? Everyone has their price, or are we tight for cash somehow? |
