Boston edge closer to winning McKinnells League Premier Division
Boston's opponents Nettleham took them to the brink with the second closest finish of the day.
Boston made the day's top score of 244 for three with Lee Brook making 103 not out.
Nettleham's most successful bowler was Martin Strawson with two for 30.
Nettleham's reply saw their top five batsmen all get scores of 20 or above, but the overs ran out with them on 207 for seven, 37 runs short of their target.
With Lindum inactive and Nettleham losing, Cherry Willingham moved onto the shoulder of the leaders.
Cherry made 216 for six against Hartsholme with Tim Shooter making 78. Dave Smith was Hartsholme's top bowler with three for 46. Hartsholme were bowled out for 118.
Market Rasen collected their fourth win in five games with a resounding victory over Scothern. Graeme Bell hit an unbeaten 102 (off 110 balls) and was supported by Matt Rutherford (50) in a second wicket stand of 129 as they saw Rasen set a total of 216 for two.
Peter Wright (35) and J. Heath (32) saw Scothern to 69 without loss but once this partnership was broken, wickets fell regularly. They were all out for 124. Jonathan Darke was Rasens key wicket taker with five for 43.
Scothern's Premier status was further threatened as Martin were awarded 20 points as Morton failed to raise a team.
